Once a set of darts has been thrown or piece of equipment has been used, they can not be returned with the exception of a manufacturer's defect. We do this because we do not sell used darts or other equipment. Once you receive your new darts, simply handle the dart to determine if the barrel style and weight are to your liking. If they are not, simply contact customer service at 800-736-0527 for a Return Authorization number.
We will NOT, under any circumstances, accept a return without a Return Authorization number.
If another piece of equipment or darts has a manufacturer's defect, we will be happy to accept your return or put you in touch with the manufacturer to help resolve your problems. If your order comes with a warranty card, please do not forget to fill it out & return it. If your purchase isn't warrantied (where applicable), there isn't too much we can do to help in the event of a problem.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number on the shipping label. Please call, fax or email for an authorization. A restocking fee may be applied at our discretion. All returns subject to inspection.
