Returns:
We currently have an ALL SALES FINAL policy the exception of a manufacturer's defect. We do this because we do not sell used darts or other equipment. We will NOT, under any circumstances, accept a return without a Return Authorization number.
If a piece of equipment or darts has a manufacturer's defect, we will be happy to accept your return or put you in touch with the manufacturer to help resolve your issue. If your order comes with a warranty card, please do not forget to fill it out & return it. If your purchase isn't warrantied (where applicable), there isn't too much we can do to help in the event of a problem.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number on the shipping label. Please call, fax or email for an authorization. A restocking fee may be applied at our discretion. All returns subject to inspection.
