Payments

You may charge your purchases to MasterCard or Visa (debit or credit).  The Billing address you enter - MUST - match the Credit Card billing address.  The shipping address can be different for repeat customers.  First time customers must have their order shipped to their billing address.  If the wrong information is entered, our Authorization Service will refuse the order.  We will contact you by email if there are any problems.  Our apologies if this is an inconvenience, but due to Credit Card fraud, we were forced to adopt this policy.

Receipt of your order will be confirmed automatically by our commerce system.  You will also receive an email (either from the carrier or us) with your tracking and/or delivery confirmation number.  This serves as your notice that your credit card information has been confirmed and your order has been shipped.  This usually occurs within 24 to 48 hours - not including weekends, holidays or vacations.  A copy of the invoice will be enclosed with the shipment for your records.

     **IMPORTANT INFO FOR PAYPAL CUSTOMERS**

If you make your purchase with a PayPal eCheck, PayPal holds the payment in order for it to clear which may take up to four days.  Meanwhile, we will not ship your order until we have been notified the funds have cleared.

Personal Check & Money Order Policy

     Orders purchased with a Personal Check will be held 10 business days in order for the check to clear.  You will receive an email (if an email address has been provided) to let you know your payment has been received.  Please know that orders purchased with Money Orders will be processed like a credit card order - processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Tennessee state addresses only.
